The Jennings Institute for Performing Artists is a not-for-profit college that trains, manages, and represents artists. Established in 1974, the Jennings Institute provides a safe, nurturing, and challenging environment for performance training and performance opportunities. The JIPA’s senior performance group is the So-La-Mi Musical Theatre, a professional performance company that trains all ages in voice, dance, choreography, speech, music, theory, piano, and acting. This group has focused in the last three years on performing primarily at events in the Lower Mainland, especially in New Westminster and Burnaby. |
