»» browse the artworks 		I discovered my passion for Photography back in 1975 at High School, where I took a course for Photography and Development in Germany. In those days I didn’t had my own camera, but the school owned a couple of old Leica cameras, which worked quite well to creatively capture our closer surroundings. We had no flash, so we learned how to make the best use of the existing light. I got fascinated with the different results in intensity or softness while working with different film material as well development techniques. We created different moods and scenes in our photographs with the same subjects just by the use of light and shadow. This opened a new World for my creative expression. For a lot of years fate had other things in mind for me than Photography. Driven by my passion to capture a precious moment and keep it forever with my camera I always took photographs of people and things around me. A few years ago fate changed and I decided to refresh my old skills and developed some new technical skills in digital photography. I am an active member of the North Shore Photographic Society, NSPS. Still striving to create beautiful, timeless, fun and creative images relying on natural light and given surroundings to capture real life moments as they occur and make them memories forever. »» browse the artworks 		Peter has been taking photographs since he was 12 years old. His first camera was a Topcon SLR (anyone remember those?). He switched from film to digital in 2000 and has been enjoying this new medium ever since. Peter is an active member of the North Shore Photographic Society (http://www.nsps.ca/).
