Very good service. Not only was the piece completed very quickly, but the communication was very good. They noticed an imperfection in my photo and offered to fix it before printing. Will come again.

I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service!
Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

Thanks kindly. Well four more 16 x 20 metal prints went out today, and we supposedly are not even open except on the weekends. Couldn't be happier. Most likely may be ordering more metal prints before December.
