Received my frame today, and couldn’t have asked for a better job. It, by itself, is pretty much art. Took a couple of weeks longer than expected to arrive, but well worth the wait. Customer service was quick to respond to questions as well. Overall two thumbs up.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw).
As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future.
To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price.

Good Morning; Thank-you for your prompt service and to let you know the picture turned out very well. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
