Not Happy I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

We\'ve opened for our 21st season and we know from the last two seasons that metal prints have sold very well. So we will soon be following up with another order in time for the high summer season and also will be introducing some new images.

Nessan, | Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
