Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.

Just wanted to drop a quick message about how happy I am about the quality of the product I received and also the incredible service. I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made. To top it off, I received the items ahead of schedule and put a huge smile on my face. Will be back to order more and obviously will recommend this site to everyone!
