My shipment of 4 frames arrived yesterday. LOVE them. Exactly what I hoped they would look like, however, no directions included how to insert picture. Please email directions to above email address asap. THANKS!

Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience

I just want to say, it turned out magnificent. Such gorgeous coloring, and perfectly printed for my series I am doing on my walls. I can't believe how gorgeous it turned out. You have great staff, who were so helpful and I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be using your company again for another print because I am just so impressed with the work gone into making the canvas art print so beautiful. Thanks very much!
