My shipment of 4 frames arrived yesterday. LOVE them. Exactly what I hoped they would look like, however, no directions included how to insert picture. Please email directions to above email address asap. THANKS!

I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

I was overjoyed to receive my print today, just in time for my friend\'s birthday tomorrow! The Canada Post tracking had said that it would be delivered on 26th of January!
