I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.

I just wanted to drop in and say that I received the frames yesterday and I appreciate you fitting the stretcher bars in the frame for me. I am working on a pilot project and if it works out, I'll be ordering more frames and looking at getting a Pro Account with you.

The staff and service at Vancouver On Canvas was amazing. They took the time to review the photo I submitted and let me know the resolution wouldn\'t work for the size print I wanted. They offered solutions and were very accommodating with changes to the order.
