The quality of the t-shirt material is very cheap. I am really disappointed. For the price, the t-shirt fabric could have been much, much better.

I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

Your framing was exactly what you represented it would be and the image was very much to my satisfaction. High quality work can often be measured not only by the product itself, but also by the way it was packaged and shipped. It was packaged in a very secure and high quality fashion and protected properly against damage. My thanks to you and your entire production staff. I will happily send other images to you again in the future.
