My frame order arrived yesterday, just two days after it was shipped. All the frames arrived in excellent condition. Thank you for your great service!!

The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
