This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. today i received my canvas made from a 20 year old picture of my husbands mom,dad.aunts and uncles who have now passed on !! I thought it would make a great x-mas present for him and it\'s absolutely fantastic!! Cynthia did an awesome job at making my picture work my husband is going to LOVE this.
